Gwen Bailey pioneered the use of dog behaviour therapy in training and evaluating unwanted animals for rehoming. She was the first person in the UK to be appointed by a national animal welfare charity as a full-time animal behaviourist, eventually heading a team of skilled dog behaviour experts. In 2002, Gwen set up Puppy School (www.puppyschool.co.uk), a network of professional, well-trained, puppy class tutors across the UK.
