Address Book

The Royal Horticultural Society Address Book features drawings made by Asian artists, whether made for the export market to Europe, commisioned by British officials, or, in recent times, made by amateur and professional artists for exhibition and sale in the international market for botanical art. This address book contains examples from some of these collections, mostly dating from the nineteenth century.

The majority of the drawings are by Chinese artists, but work by artists from Japan and Sri Lanka also features.

This address book has an internal storage pocket and a ribbon marker.
