Judy Wilford has worked and experimented in various mediums and their techniques over many years but it has been the flexibility and technical variety inherent in textiles, in particular hand embroidery, which has captured her interest. She has spent 30 years refining techniques she has developed or adapted for use in her work. As well as working for commission and holding many exhibitions she is a well known tutor and judge. Judy has won many awards for her work and has been published in several magazines and books.
