She is a contributing editor to both Tricycle: The Buddhist Review and Yoga Journal, and her essays on yoga, meditation and daily life have been widely published. She is the co-author of From Here to Nirvana, a travel guide to spiritual India. Enlightenment for Beginners is her first novel.
