Health

Reiki is a simple, direct and accessible form of healing based on channelling spiritual energy. It developed in Japan during the late nineteenth century but it is thought to have originated in Tibet more than 3,000 years ago. Reiki techniques are used to bring physical, emotional and spiritual relief to the recipient. It is one of the safest and simplest of natural healing methods and can be used, alone or in conjunction with other therapies, for self-healing and for helping friends, family - and even animals. Reiki reveals the secrets of how to access the universal life energy of reiki and use its power to bring peace and balance to the mind, body and spirit. Learn how reiki works, its principles, what to expect during a session, how to give a treatment comprising the 27 hand positions, and how to further develop your understanding of reiki. The book is suitable both for total beginners and for more experienced students wishing to extend their knowledge.
