Clement C. Moore (1779-1863) is best known as the author of the poem 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. First published anonymously in a New York newspaper in 1923, the poem, then known as A Visit from St. Nicholas, was later credited to Moore. Niroot Puttapipat is a respected fine artist who grew up in Thailand, the grandson of a Lanna princess. He has a lifelong interest in art and literature and is the award-winning illustrator of Aladdin (9781406316636), The Musicians of Bremen (9781844280209) and Dragon's Egg (9781844288779). Niroot lives in London, SE17.
